Playball
Our Playball programme helps children develop essential fundamental skills for ball sports while building confidence, coordination, and self-esteem. Children are introduced to a variety of sporting skills in a fun and encouraging environment, laying the foundation for a lifelong love of sport.
Playball takes place during school hours and is included in the school fees.
Music & Movement
Our engaging Music & Movement programme combines music, rhythm, movement, instruments and drama to support children's development. Through fun, interactive activities, children build brain power, body control, creativity, and social skills.

Sports Day
Our annual Sports Day is a much-loved event held on a Saturday morning in March. Children take part in exciting races and team events while developing teamwork, confidence, and a love of being active. It's also a wonderful opportunity to build school spirit and prepare our little ones for big school!
Bike-a-thon
One of our favourite annual fundraisers! Children bring their scooters, bikes, and bicycles to school for a morning of riding, fun, and plenty of smiles.
Concert
Our annual concert is always a highlight of the year! With music and choreography led by our wonderful Music & Movement teacher, the children have great fun preparing for their special performance. Watching them shine on stage is a proud moment for everyone.
Graduation
At the end of each year, we celebrate our Grade R learners and the wonderful journey they have had at Little Stars. Graduation is a special milestone as our little stars grow into big stars, ready to take their next exciting step into big school.
Outings & Special Visitors
Outings and special visitors bring learning to life! Each year, we plan exciting experiences around our classroom themes, giving children opportunities to explore the world beyond the classroom. Past favourites have included puppet shows, visits from the bee keeper, petting zoo and reptile park as well as outings to the fire station.
